Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to the online store https://japancondoms.com/ ("Online Store").
A consumer who has concluded a distance sales agreement has the right to withdraw from it without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, except for those provided for by law, within 14 days from the date of taking possession of the Product ("Statutory right of withdrawal").
The right to return a Product applies exclusively to Consumers. An Entrepreneur who purchased the Product in connection with their business activity is not entitled to withdraw from the Sales Agreement; if the purchase was not directly related to their business activity, they are treated as a Consumer.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Consumer to submit a clear statement of withdrawal to the Seller before the withdrawal period expires.
The declaration of withdrawal may be submitted, in particular:
1. in writing to: Nowy Krok Sp. z o.o., ul. Sportowa 6, apt. 59, 35-111 Rzeszów, Poland;
2. by e-mail to: sales@japancondoms.com;
3. using the return form: https://japancondoms.com/add-return/.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the Consumer, or a third party designated by the Consumer other than the carrier, takes possession of the Product. If several Products are delivered separately, the period begins on the day the last Product is received.
The Consumer returns the Product to the Seller without delay, and no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal, to: Nowy Krok Sp. z o.o., ul. Sportowa 6, apt. 59, 35-111 Rzeszów, Poland. It is sufficient to dispatch the Product before this period expires. The Product should be secured so that it is not damaged in transport.
The Seller reimburses all payments received from the Consumer, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement, using the same means of payment unless the Consumer agrees otherwise.
The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the Product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
The Statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to:
1. withdrawal after the 14-day period has expired;
2. Products delivered in sealed packaging which, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once opened — this includes condoms and intimate lubricants whose packaging has been opened.
